Chris designed replacement machine parts for us. Throughout the process he asked the appropriate questions to ensure that he would deliver a well thought out, creative solution. His experience with and knowledge of carbon fiber materials provided valuable insight into why our existing machine parts were exhibiting premature failure. His analysis provided the necessary confidence that these new parts will work as expected and have the required robustness for our operation. I will use Chris again for this type of a project and recommend him without reservation to anyone else.
