The HDS-V40, introduced in 2004, is capable of

simulating direct rolling, from the continuous caster

to the end of the hot rolling process, all in one

We assisted in the Engineering, by producing

Modeling, detail & Assembly Drawings with

Exploded views while preforming mechanical

Installation in Germany. All over a 1.5 yr program.

This Sub-System was designed to meet the specifications of Metallurgical testing of specimens for Continuous Caster Rolling process.
Merlin provided the design, Modeling, detail DWG's and Assembly for the complete sub-system.
System design ~ complete integration of AUTOMATION.
A multi-station fuel testing system.
REPRODUCTION PARTS
Part of an Early 911 Throttle Control System
Which was reverse Engineered ~ Tooling built, then Die Cast as Porsche had done with the OEM units.
All work was completed in less the 5 weeks
